The Analysis Of Transformation For The Poor Students As A Head-teacher In High Middle School

The problem about the students who have difficultly in study is one of the common things in the modem world education. Generally speaking, the number of these students covers eight to ten percent, so the work of these students is difficult to do for the educational workers, and it is very important in the education.The paper refers to the problem about the students who have difficultly in study, which exists in the ordinary high school. It discusses the reason why this kind of students form and how to solve the problem.First, know about the causes of the problem of the students though questionnaire.Second, describe the condition of these students according to the teaching practice, which I take up in the high middle school and the materials that I collect as a head-teacher.Third, the paper analyzes the background and the reason of the forming the problem from the family, society and school.Forth, according to the experience of transferring these students and the effects which I collect from my teaching for many years, and combine the conclusion of questionnaire we try to form the structure about the transferring work of these students by school education especially the education for thought and politics of the head-teacher in order to strengthen and keep the good atmosphere in a class implement "love" and through "two help one" education concept we use the effective way of the society, family and school education to help the transferring work.In short, in order to implement the diathesis education and improve the teaching quality we look into the problem about the students who have difficultly in study, find out the effective ways, and stimulate the talents of the students who can adapt to the demands of the knowledge and economic age and who are able to devote themselves to the social construction.
