Teacher-student relationship is the mutual relationship formed between teachers and students in the process of education and teaching,and it is the most basic and main interpersonal relationship formed between teachers and students in the process of "preaching,teaching and solving problems".On the one hand,the teacher-student relationship can directly affect the quality of teaching and the development of class management;On the other hand,the teacher-student relationship can also affect the physical and mental health of students.Therefore,a good teacher-student relationship is a necessary prerequisite for the successful development of various educational activities in schools,and also an important guarantee for the implementation of quality-oriented education.Quality-oriented education emphasizes the orientation of all students and promotes their all-round development.However,in the actual education and teaching,the development of students is bound to be different,each class will have potential students,students with learning difficulties such as student groups exist.How to establish a good teacher-student relationship with students with learning difficulties and help them realize their potential development is the focus of current education research and the work of every head teacher.This study will be through the investigation and analysis of current status of the poor student and the teacher in charge of the relationship between teachers and students,based on the theory of caring ethics,commitment to the teacher in charge and establish a good relationship between teachers and students between poor student put forward effective feasible strategies,hoping to promote personality development of poor student in primary school class,help the teacher in charge of class management work.In this study,a questionnaire on the relationship between primary school teachers and students compiled by a scholar from central China normal university on the basis of the American pinata scale of teacher-student relationship was used to investigate the current situation of 511 students from a primary school in this city.According to the data results,the author concludes that the relationship between the primary school students with learning difficulties and the head teacher is characterized by low intimacy,low attachment,highavoidance and low conflict,and proposes relevant strategies from the perspective of the head teacher.
