The Exploration And Analysis Of Head Teacher's Service Model

Classes are the basic organization of the school as well as the key environment for students to develop personality and realize their socialization. The head teacher is a collective of organizers, educators and mentors, and an assistant to help school leaders work. The head teacher plays the important and irreplaceable role of the instructor in the comprehensive and healthy growth of students.This study has been related to the outcomeing results,and study the head teacher'work placed in the comprehensive and perspective development of students. From the perspective of service, study the head teacher how to work,analyze problems and causes , and try to build a service modes for the head teacher.
