The information-based social surroundings makes the information character come to be the essential important ability of each social citizen ability.For the students in the technique school, they will serve in the foreland equipped with the latest science technique.So the school part should not only stay around the level of seeking job for the students. The more important one is to provide a necessary possibility for the development of the students in the future and to foster the ability of study.And the information education just initiates with the thinking of lifelong education. Its emphasis is the ability of studying individually.That means to learn how to survive and how to perceive. Therefore, information education for all-round development to the students is one of the most important educational items in the technique schools.Take a wide view of the changing for the information character, we can conclude that the information character is an integrate concept, which is dynamic, diversified , multiple_levels.Along with the social development and progresses of the science and technology ,this is the request of higher level to the educators. They should work into the standard of information character so that they could teach students in accordance of their aptitude.According to this, this topic investigates the present conditions of three technique schools with the method inquisition of random sampling.As the result, and combines to interview with some of teachers and the students, the information character of the students in occupational technique schools is not so good.The reasons are mainly the thought of the admistrators and teachers are conservative, the school courses constitution contains certain irregularity,and lack of fulfillment and students' net behavior without leading.So the research pays attention to the conversion of the educational concepts,the fulfillment parts, the evaluation system and courses constitution system of leading the students' net behavior.
