The Relationship Between School Education And Cultivation Of Minor's Moral Personality In The Period Of Compulsory Education

Human development is first and foremost in social development, and the formation of a sound personality is first and foremost in human development. Whether the minors or students can adapt to the future development of the society and make contributions to society don't depend on how much knowledge they get in basic education stage. The key factor is the ability to learn and good personality to adapt to the society. Therefore, it is significant to carry out the minors' moral and personality education.With a comprehensive understanding of school education, this essay focuses on relationship between school education and minor's moral personality education. Through the convey of 572 students in the stage of compulsory education in Jiangxi and Shandong Province, we inspect educational concepts, content of moral education, teacher-student interaction and communication ways and characteristics of teacher education, students' perception of school education.
