Human development is first and foremost in social development, and the formation of a sound personality is first and foremost in human development. Whether the minors or students can adapt to the future development of the society and make contributions to society don't depend on how much knowledge they get in basic education stage. The key factor is the ability to learn and good personality to adapt to the society. In the working conference convened by CPC Central Committee to strengthen and improve ideological and moral construction of minors in May 10, 2004, General Secretary Hu Jintao stressed that it is our responsibility, national strategy and interests of the people to concern development of minors' physical and mental health conditions and create a favorable social environment for them. Therefore, it is significant to carry out the minors' moral and personality education.With a comprehensive understanding of school education, this essay focuses on relationship between school education and minor's moral personality education. Through the convey of 572 students in the stage of compulsory education in Jiangxi and Shandong Province, we inspect educational concepts, content of moral education, teacher-student interaction and communication ways and characteristics of teacher education, students' perception of school education. Based on the convey, we analyze the relationship between school education and minor's moral personality education.The essay contains four parts. The first part is mainly about the brief introduction of the existing researches, focusing on the science results, and then we raise the problem of this essay. The second part is made up of the whole process of convey, and the subjects are the 572 students in the stage of compulsory education, which were drawn from the Jiangxi province and Shandong province at random. Based on these statistics, the present situation and key factors are put forward to consideration. The third part is comprehensive discuss part. In this part, we analyze the relationship between school education and minor's moral personality education. On the basis of the proposals we put forward some measures to improve the effectiveness of school education in cultivating minor's moral personality. In the last part, conclusions were drawn to sum up systematically the main opinions of this essay.
