A Study On University Teaching Guide System Based On ISO9000

Teaching quality is the lifeline of university, improving the teaching quality and realizing the continuable development of higher education is a core of reform and development of higher education, which is the base of an university. Teaching guide is an important part of teaching quality control. ISO9000 is an international universal standard of quality management. Introducing ISO9000 into teaching guide system is very import in enriching and developing teaching guide theory, perfecting teaching guide mechanism and improving teaching quality.The Study bases on knowing about the research reality of teaching guide system and ISO9000 by looking through the literatures home and abroad. Expatiating the basic theories of ISO9000 and teaching guide system, analyzing the applicability of ISO9000 in teaching guide system, then constructing the teaching guide system based on ISO9000 and probing into its mechanism of running and evaluation. In the end, we put forward some useful conclusions based on the study and expect the further study on such field. The paper includes six chapters:Chapter One: Introduction. It mainly deals with the study about its background and significance, the research reality home and abroad and its way and methods.Chapter Two: The Basic Outlines of ISO9000 and Teaching Guide System. It mainly expatiates the composing and characteristics of ISO9000, the forming and development of teaching guide system, the model of teaching guide system and its connotation and characteristics, which supply the theory base to further study.Chapter Three: Analyzing the Applicability of ISO9000 in Teaching Guide System. It mainly analyzes the necessities and feasibilities of ISO9000 in teaching guide system and its possible problems.Chapter Four: Constructing the Teaching Guide System Based on ISO9000. It mainly probes into the factors, control system, organization and contents and methods of ISO9000 in teaching guide system and its problems should be mentioned.Chapter Five: Analyzing the Mechanism of Teaching Guide System Based on ISO9000. It mainly probes into its mechanism of running and evaluation. Among which the mechanism of running includes running guarantee of ISO9000, running mechanism of management process. As for the mechanism of evaluation, we first introduce the maturity of evaluation model of university teaching guide system, then evaluate the teaching service quality of teaching guide system and the system itself.Chapter Six: Conclusion and Expectation. Putting forward some useful conclusions based on the study and then expecting the further study on such field.
