The Study On Institutional Reformation Of PCU

The property of college and university (PCU) developed through different stages, and it was widely interested in many researchers. In nowadays new knowledge economic world, many PCUs succeed through institutional reformation. We have observed many successful cases of domestic and foreign universities where PCUs develop very well. Most of them have institutional transformations to reborn PCUs. So finding a suitable way to develop PCUs becomes the common concerns of the government, the social and the colleges & universities.This thesis starts from some typical domestic cases and other recommendable foreign cases. In the process of transforming the industrial system in college and universities, some successful models which have been practiced has been established. Then we penetrated with the case of Zhejiang University of Technology, to get its weak or threats, then make some conclusions to direct its development.
