To evaluate the quality of rural population scientifically and rationally, I established the model with 4 indicators as the first level, 41 indicators as the second level, Surrounding the Physical Fitness, Psychological, scientific and cultural and the ideological and ethical of the rural population constitutes quality evaluation index system. Meanwhile, in order to fully reflect the quality of rural population quality indicators, I also designed a questionnaire which Covers many aspects, including a total of 104 answers. After Interviewed in education, health and other related departments , 43 townships in the county, 10 poor villages and a vocational school surveyed. Effective questionnaires were treated by a systematic analysis. Including the rural population quality evaluation, the relation between rural economic and social development and the rural population quality, Factors affecting the rural population quality and measures and Countermeasures to improve the quality , The Results reflect directly the integrated situation about the rural population quality of physical , psychological, cultural and ethical quality. The results also showed that the physical and mental quality is Based on genetic, the cultural and ideological quality on education. The factors led to XuPu rural mountain population integrated quality low are economic, ideological concepts, marriage customs, education and others, the most important factor is economic, all with the quality have a direct or indirect relationship to economic conditions. Conversely, the population comprehensive quality constraints the development of economic and social, and others of various undertakings.
