Development of modern technology as well as industry and commerce provide people with more and more chances or possibilities for pursuing, choosing and accomplishing life value, yet it has made stable life hard to maintain. In twenty-one century, life quality and convenience have been improved under fast economic progress in high-tech society, which indeed make a large number of people accomplish their ideals as well as life values. However, the enhancement of material living cannot enrich people's mind, at the same time, people find the achievement of spiritual society goal, the acquire of ultimate value of life and survival significance are so difficult that the sense of vacuity as well as vagrancy become quite remarkable which induces several deep-seated life problems concerning loneliness, anxiety, emptiness and meaninglessness. In recent years, life education has already carried out in many parts of country in allusion to the serious reality of ecological deterioration, suicide or murder events of young people happened on campus, which aims at cherishing and loving life. Furthermore, textbook of life education covering third grade of elementary school to second grade of senior high school is going to be published that edited by excellent experts within life and death education field. Simultaneously, the research of life education has been concerned by educators in university, and a few relevant scholars have put forward countermeasures on how to promote as well as implement life education for undergraduate students. For instance, to identify the goal and content of life education, to ensure the practice in virtue of politics and moral education, psychology class or some optional class.Nevertheless, through my investigation of suicide events on youth as well as life value questionnaire, I find people who commits suicide or holds negative life attitude will always be confused by a tough choice that existence and continuity of life is more vital than life quality as well as survival status or not? It is well known that death is the greatest affliction or fear for human being. Under some circumstances, a couple of people believe that the miserable situation is more unacceptable compared with the dreadful sense towards death, so some of them choose to commit suicide, others hold evasive attitude, and still others survive with vicious motivation. Unfortunately, the number of people with such thoughts even behavior is increasing in current society……we should realize the fact of suicide event on campus and conclusion of common sense of meaninglessness, worthlessness towards life among undergraduates linked with dissimilation of holistic survival closely. Therefore, life issue among modern education should not be isolated from existentialism theory, and solving undergraduates'confusion concerning life and death, awaking their survival faith towards treasuring life are supposed to be an ultimate goal of higher education through reflecting ontology of life existence, comprehending the tensile force between individual living and universal life, and concerning real as well as significant aspects of life survival.
