At present, Internet has come into Web 2.0 times, which also has put forward new demands to the construction of Web-Based Courses. That means the development of Web-Based Courses should introduce more Web2.0 applications. Moodle is a kind of Web-Based Courses platform based on Web2.0 that have been applied in many counties and regions in the world, and has gotten favorable effect. Moodle support diversification method of studying and learning, and create a favorable freedom-learning, cooperation-learning, and personal-learning network environment for students.Nowadays, the research of Moodle platform mainly focus on the exploitation of technology practicability, but the research of teaching practice and application spread still appears to be insufficient. This article take Modern Education Technology Web-Based course of high normal school as the example to explore the construction and teaching practice of Web-Based course based on Moodle from both theory and practice. The chapter arrangement of this article is as follows:This first chapter mainly introduces the research and development condition of Web-Based Courses, and then will analysis its future development. Moodle is a kind of Web-Based Courses platform that completely based on Web2.0 technology, and it emphasizes the construction collective wisdom, common study and creation. At the same time, it also introduces the characteristics, system framework, main activity modular, and functions of Moodle platform emphatically.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretic foundation of the development of Moodle Web-Based Courses, including the systematic design of instruction theory, humanistic learning theory, and constructivist learning theory.The third chapter introduces the design principles of courses under Moodle environment at first, and also put forward the design mode of Web-Based Courses based on Moodle, then use the design mode to make the detail design of the Modern Education Technology Web-Based Course that based on Moodle, including the design of learning environment, teaching strategies, teaching activities, teaching resources and so on.The fourth chapter introduces the construction process of Modern Education Technology Web-Based Course Based on Moodle detailedly, including the construction of Moodle platform, the development of teaching activity modular and teaching resources.The fifth chapter makes teaching practice with the Modern Education Technology Web-Based Course based on Moodle use the Anchored Instruction, Scaffolding Instruction,and Random Access Instruction, and also makes evaluation and management on the teaching effects.The sixth chapter makes conclusion on the whole article, and induces the research fruits that have gotten. At the same time, it also will point out the disadvantages of the research at present, and makes expectation for the work of the next stage.To make research on basic theory of Web-Based Education and the rising Web2.0 technology, and make practice on construction of Web-Based Course based on Moodle, development of teaching resources, course presenting, and teaching practice, the writer hope to provide teachers with references to construct Web-Based courses use Moodle platform and make teaching practice in the future.
