With the development of the times,Information Technology is playing an increasingly important role in society.However,in the past fourteen years from 2003 to 2017,Information Technology Education has not been further developed with technology.Under the requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Educational Information 2.0" in 2017 and the new curriculum reform related documents,Information Technology Education has increased the requirements for students' core competence from the previous knowledge and skills training,and organically combined core competence with curriculum teaching.In actual education and teaching practice,there is a very serious problem of disconnection between junior high school and senior high school information technology curriculum education.In actual education and teaching,information technology teachers are affected by traditional exam-oriented thinking.They emphasize knowledge over ability in teaching,and cannot satisfy the education of students based on core competence.Based on such practical problems,in the context of the Internet+ era,it is necessary to introduce intelligent education and teaching management platforms such as the Moodle platform to promote the sustainable cultivation of students' core competence and help to solve the current problems in information technology education and teaching and the problem of noncohesion in education.This research analyzes the current status of information technology education connection problems at home and abroad,especially the status quo of core competence,and the practical application of the Moodle platform at home and abroad by consulting literature.Through questionnaire surveys,we investigated and summarized the actual situation of the connection of information technology education in actual education and teaching,and proposed the feasibility of introducing the Moodle platform into the information technology classroom to help connect education,and carried out the construction of the platform.This research summarizes the process of information technology curriculum design under core competence.It is task-driven and based on the digital learning environment and writing communication environment built on the Moodle platform.Information technology teaching is carried out by setting up scenarios,and the teaching effect is evaluated through the platform.In order to achieve a better information technology teaching effect under the core competence,to achieve a more effective connection between junior and senior high school information technology teaching.Teaching Practice has proved that apply the Moodle platform in information technology class that can help solve the problem of class currently appears education teaching,for poor students teaching different starting points of other issues,as well as the lack of communication between teachers,policy for other practical issues,so as to further solve the problem of non-convergence of information technology education.Teaching through the Moodle platform,helps students to sustainably cultivate their core competence,stimulate their interest in learning,cultivate their creative spirit,stimulate their potential,and enable students to learn autonomously;It also provides new ideas for teaching,and effectively solves the problems of low classroom efficiency brought by large-class teaching,so that teachers can provide targeted guidance.Since the use of the Moodle platform is not limited by time and space.Its emergence and promotion can enable teachers to have a platform for teaching and research,facilitate communication between teachers at different stages,and enhance the professional capabilities of information technology teachers.The promotion and application of the Moodle platform has also further promoted the development of educational informatization in economically underdeveloped areas.
