On one side, IC can widen the objects of MEMSS, and IC make the MEMSS can be carried out at any possible time, as well as make the MEMSS become self-determination. On the other side, IC change the environment of MEMSS, and make it become difficult to carry out MEMSS and supervise MEMSS,as well as impact on the proper Zeitgeist thematic education of MEMSS. Netter, Tort of Copyright on Networks, Cyber Crime, Counterculture, and so on, all these remark that the objectives of MEMSS had changed greatly. Behavioral pattern, values orientation, Development of psychology, moral concept, and so no, all of these of Middle School Students had got more and more effects by the IC. The transformation of environment and objectives of MEMSS requires teaching staff of Middle School to improve themselves, to change their ideology and teaching methods in order to adapt the change of MEMSS. The shortcoming of traditional MEMSS, the absence of MEMSS adapting to IC, the distemperedness in law or regulation of IC and morality, the absence of supervisor in IC, and so on, all these causation produce strong negative effects to MEMSS and depress the efficiency of MEMSS. To solve the all these obstacles of MEMSS, we should take active action to make full use of IC to network moral education, so that we could optimize Marxism Theory education. We also should to make use of the theory of IC and the network filtration technology to control the contents of IC. The government should enact more laws or regulations to supervise IC. Making use of all the channels, in society public,school and family to build a harmonious environment of IC.From the view of the development history of science and technology, all sciences and technologies is the edged sword. It do good to the development of society, at the same time, it could produce negative effects, as well as the development of network. The IC could not only give us challenges,but also change. So research of MEMSS in the IC is needed by the contemporary era,as well as needed by making progress in the new era.
