As a link past, and the reality and future integrated knowledge disciplines, history is the reflection in the development of human society of people's ideology track and knowledge systems. In the history of education, history is a historical knowledge between generations and the continuation of the collective memory of mankind. Classroom evaluation is the monitoring of history education idea, and its objectives and functions of monitoring, is also the human society's acceptance that students grasp the overall trend of the historical development. The new high school history curriculum standards are the evaluations of classroom teaching following this foothold. Through a series of tests, statistics, analysis and theoretical aspects of upgrading, the new high school history curriculum standards are the re-examination of history to guide the evaluation of classroom teaching a useful attempt.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is about the new curriculum concept of teaching high school history and the new changes in the traditional evaluation in the new curriculum. The second part analyses the new curriculum standards of teaching history, and the meaning of history teaching under the new curriculum standards that position two goals in the understanding of how the new curriculum standards of history teaching. The third part is a detailed analysis of the history teacher in the new curriculum how to create effective teaching evaluation system. The fourth part is the further note that teachers teach in the current evaluation of the need of solving some problems.
