Teacher evaluation reform is an important content of the new curriculum reform in the basic education of China. Classroom teaching evaluation is the most important component of teaching evaluation of teacher. It is helpful for realizing the purpose of the evaluation promoting teachers' professional development to study the evaluating standards of classroom teaching.This paper reviews the history of the study of the classroom teaching evaluating standards at home and abroad, especially analyzing the present situation of that at home since 1990s. It provides the foundation for the further study on the evaluating standards of the teachers' classroom teaching.After internet searching and fieldwork, the author analyzes the practical situation of the evaluating standards of teachers' classroom teaching in some schools in China which have carried out the curriculum reform in the basic education. This paper focuses on analyzing the character of structure and content of 16 pan-subject evaluating standards of classroom teaching. Furthermore, after the inquiry about the present situation of evaluating standards of classroom teaching of teacher, the author has found that there are some problems in the forming method, structure and content of evaluating standards of classroom teaching in the educational practice.In order to resolve those problems, the author offers a few ideas about reconstructing evaluating standards of classroom teaching of teacher in the light of theories of humanistic management and contemporary educational evaluation as well as the evaluating standards of classroom teaching of teacher in America and Britain. For example, teachers should take part in the constitution of the evaluating standards of classroom teaching; the structure of evaluating standards of classroom teaching should be diversified; the content of evaluating standards of classroom teaching should embody teachers' development and so on. Taking the demands of China's curriculum reform into consideration, the author brings forward a model of reconstructing evaluating standards of classroom teaching of teacher. This model can be analyzed in theview of lengthways and transverse aspects. There are three layers in the lengthways aspect, including basic layer, advanced layer and experienced layer. Transverse aspect consists of students and teachers' development, which is an innovation of the content. A three-dimensional and crossed model of evaluating standards of classroom teaching of teacher is formed in the end, which embodies the teachers' development. The author hopes that the paper will provide help for the elementary and secondary schools' classroom teaching evaluation of teacher.
