| Education is a never ending topic, with the new curriculum reform and quality-oriented education’s moving forward, reducing student’s burden has been already deeply into people’s minds. To study what effective teaching is and how teaching quality could be improved is not only a topic for all educators to participate and research, but also a focus drawing huge attention nowadays.High-efficient geography classroom teaching is always a pursuit of the majority of geography teachers. But in traditional geography teaching, geography teachcrs often overlook students’ learning initiative, work as direct communicators of geographical knowledge, while students, as a secondary subordination in class, can only accept geographical knowledge passively. The class is to ensure and improve teaching quality in a primary position, teaching and learning activities are mainly indicated in class. Evaluation of classroom teaching has a direct effect on improving teachers’teaching levels and students’ learning effectiveness; therefore, classroom teaching evaluation becomes a research topic which cannot be ignored naturally.For a long time, how to evaluate a class effective or low-effective is in dispute by educational researchers and practitioners. So, based on exploration and practice of study-plan teaching by "independent and interactive learning by four steps&eight links" in geography teaching in my senior high school, the author starts from study-plan teaching of effective teaching cases, tries to find some evaluation standards of study-plan teaching and designs evaluation scales for teaching practice.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction. It analyzes the study background of this paper and points out overall ideas and specific methods.The second chapter is definitions of concepts, domestic and foreign research overview, defines study-plan teaching, effective teaching and classroom teaching evaluation standards, sorts out the relevant documents, introduces new teaching pattern of study-plan teaching by "independent and interactive learning by four steps&eight links" in senior high school geography teaching, analyzes the connotation, characteristics&teaching strategies of effective teaching of geography teaching in senior high school.The third chapter is the main part of the paper, focusing on study of effective teaching standards of study-plan teaching in senior high school geography teaching, mainly includes three aspects,(a) design and disseminate questionnaire for effective teaching standards of study-plan teaching in senior high school geography teaching;(b) the questionnaire analysis and processing for evaluation standards&design and develop evaluation scale;(c) application of evaluation scale, diagnosis of teaching effectiveness of study-plan teaching in senior high school geography teaching by the scales for understanding the problem thus to offer comments and suggestions on how to conduct effective teaching.The final chapter is the summary of the study and its existing problems. |
