Basic education reform is a complex systems engineering at the beginning of21stcentury, the new curriculum standards is an important part of the curriculum reform,is a concrete manifestation of the curriculum reform. New curriculum standards are thebasic national curriculum programmatic document, are basic norms and qualityrequirements of the country’s basic education curriculum.The historical standard revisionprocess of Junior high school at2011did not just mean the adjustment of teaching contentand teaching methods, but also accompanied by a matching set of elements ofcomprehensive reform, including classroom teaching evaluation also need to be madewith suitable changes.Based on the adjustment of history curriculum standards of junior high school by theMinistry of Education at2011,this study from both theoretical and practical aspects ofjunior high school history classroom teaching evaluation study to examine standards-basedevaluation of junior high school history teaching theoretical foundation, standards-basedjunior high school history classroom teaching evaluation principles,standards-basedjunior high school history teaching evaluation criteria; junior high school history teachingevaluation survey the current situation and problems and recommend effective strategies tosolve the problem.
