After a profound study and research on the work of"Ancient Library book Hidden Tower"by Min yide who was a leading master belong to LongMen school of Taoism at its full swing, this thesis mainly analyses some theory and methods on how culture sports health according to Taoism creed.This paper can be divided into four sections. The first chapter is introduction. It mainly does some research on the LongMen school, Min yide and his works. And this paper has appraised Min yide and his historical situation. The second chapter, firstly it has researched the basic Theory of Min yide's keeping in good health sports ,form the"true-one theory"which focuses on"the heaven,the world,the human"the three-elements is a body to the"real Yuan theory"of"the spirits, the breath, the essence"is a body ,and it has elaborated that Min yide has pursued Metaphysical main body in cultivating oneself according to religious doctrine of keeping in good health . Then, this paper from the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism to altogether to"making everything to establish life". But, this paper comprehensively analyzes the theoretical foundation of physical keeping in good health. Take this as the starting point; this article has revaluated Min yide's theory logic of keeping in good health sports. In chapter three, this article will do some research from three different aspects , including keeping in good health sport's principle, the moral training's method and the ways of building up exercise. The moral training method has specifically includes"to be determined to willing","to be regretful to confess","to be humble to suffer"and so on.However in the method of the building up exercise includes taking breath , inner-thought, movement, dieting and personal habits etc, all these are integrate whole, and cannot have emphasizes one thing at the expense of another.Finally, this paper summarizes practical significance of Min yide's experience of Taoism doctrine of physical health sports from the angle of dialectical materialism and modern health perspective.
