The Research On The Problems And Improvement Strategies Of School Education Innovation Execution

Currently, society is experiencing unprecedented great changes and reconstruction. The schools, which were adapted to the passing period, cannot but transfer from the latter-day to the modern. As a result, the education innovation naturally becomes the urgent requirements and internal demands which every school is facing with. However, the dream and the reality are not always equal and there is usually the distance, the problems and challenges that are hard to be avoided between them. School education innovation execution is generally beyond what is planed or dreamed, filled with much uncertainty and unexpected difficulties. It is not helpful to show the efficiency of the school innovation. It can become the great defy and obstacles, even endanger the school innovation execution, the schools'survival and their sustained development. So we have good reason to have a research and analysis on the fact of school education innovation execution and to seek after the strategies to improve the school education innovation execution.This study, choosing Long'an district of Anyang city in Henan province as a sample, attempts to analyze fully the problems in innovation execution and searches for the improvement strategies of execution through the methods of document, questionnaire survey, interview and case, contributing to the school improvement and the innovation execution improvement. The study consists of four parts.Part 1: This part defines innovation, school education innovation, execution and school education innovation execution. It also states the recent condition of school education innovation execution, gives the analysis and the summary, and introduces the theory basis and the research methods of this study.Part 2: This part chiefly analyzes the differences between the school general execution and the school education innovation execution. It focuses on stating six characteristics of school education innovation execution.Part 3: This part, utilizing the method of survey and interview, shows the actual problems in the school education innovation execution. It discusses the six problems in the tactic flow, personnel flow and operation flow as well as the five key factors affecting the innovation execution.Part 4: Based on what have been searched and analyzed above, this part points out 5 suggestions, trying to find the strategies about how to improve the school education innovation execution.
