An Old Chinese saying goes "it takes ten years to grow trees but a hundred years to grow people".In the face of the rapid development of social economy and the cultural exchange of multiple collisions,the personal growth and development of students are increasingly affected by other factors.High School is the key to students' mental development tend to stable period.The core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline,which revolves around political identity,scientific spirit,rule of law consciousness and public participation in four dimensions,has nearly covered all the students' comprehensive accomplishment requirements in the growth stage,which has an important enlightening effect on students ' perception of society.It also helps students to improve the practical ability of discovering problems and solve it.Teaching and learning are not the same as the teachers and students.In the realistic teaching situation,the curriculum execution of teachers has a profound impact on the core competence of the subject.The essence of education is to cultivate the good spirit,while the teacher is an engineer of the human soul.In this study,the author tries to take senior high school ideological and political teachers as the research object,through the formation of the core quality of the ideological and political discipline and the requirements of the students to master the different subjects' accomplishment.The author sum up the concrete contents of the curriculum executive force that the ideological and politics which teachers should be master.Then objectively analyze the problems and causes that teachers faced in the course of the current course implementation,and based on the core literacy,corresponding to the basic capacity of curriculum implementation.On the basic of the deepening of curriculum understanding,the development of curriculum resources,optimization of teaching design and promotion of teaching implementation to improve teaching evaluation in five aspects.It summarizes the ideological and political teachers' curriculum execution path of ascension,in order to play a better role in moral education in the process of students' comprehensive growth.
