Along with the development of information technology, society's demand for talented personnel has changed, and raising talents to adapt the social development trend has become the urgent matter. In the personnel training process, the curriculum is an important carrier for raising the student's knowledge,ability and quality, and it plays a decisive role to achieve the goal of fostering talents. But in our country the distribution of Elaborate Course resources is unequal; the difference between East and West section is also quite big. In order to use unbalanced teaching resources effectively and fully, developing Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course comes into being at the historic moment.From 2003 to now, Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course has existed for six years, and just started. There are not mature in many aspects, especially Educational Technology, which constructed the department late, needs to pay more arduous effort and exploration on Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course. Through analyzing, comparing and studying fifteen state-level Elaborate Courses of Educational Technology in university from 2003 to 2007, and in conjunction with analyzing provincial level Elaborate Course "the Basis of Photography" of Guogensheng Professor in Shandong Normal University, the paper proposes the author's viewpoint and idea for Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course of Educational Technology. It is the innovation of this paper.The main method of the research adopted in this paper is checking cultural heritage, investigating society and searching on line in collecting and sorting out materials related.It forms the research idea by constrasting, analyzing and summing up the materials to make the research summary. In the writing process, the paper uses Comparative Research Method and Summarized Method to analyze the question, draws conclusion and expounds the viewpoint. This article mainly regards Elaborate Course "the Basis of Photography" of Shandong Province as a basis, which the author participates in its production personally, and simultaneously campares it with the state-level Elaborate Course "the Basis of Multimedia Interface Design", pointing out the deficiency and its future construction and consummation by the author's own viewpoint and suggestion.The paper's first chapter is an overview of Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course, which mainly first introduces the definition and connotation of Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course, then separately compares Elaborate Course with Web-based Course and Open CourseWare, pointing out the similarities and differences between the two and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Then, the paper elaborates the basic content and thought of Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course, pointing out the research status quo and significance of Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course of Educational Technology in university.The main point of the second chapter is in horizontal and vertical comparison about fifteen Elaborate Courses of Educational Technology in university from 2003 to 2007, concluding the corresponding induction and summary. First, this chapter analyzes and compares fifteen Elaborate Courses in five first-class, encouragement measure and laboratory construction. Afterwards, it also analyzes and compares their resources sharing,construction and page design. Then, it divides them into three categories--public foundation Elaborate Course, the specialized foundation Elaborate Course and the specialized technical Elaborate Course, and analyzes their characteristic respectively, proposing the certain model for Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course in the future.The third chapter, applying theory to reality, analyzes and forecasts the provincial level Elaborate Course "The Basis of Photography", based on the above analysis. First, it introduces the synopsis and declaration process of "the Basis of Photography ". Afterwards the article compares it with the state-level Elaborate Course on five first-class and resources construction overall; Then, analyzing from a spot, compares it with "the Basis of Multimedia Interface Design", pointing out its deficiency. Finally, in above comparison, it induces and summarizes characteristic and innovation of "the Basis of Photography", forecasting its future development.The last part is the concluding remark, summarizing the primary contents of this research, pointing out the insufficiency in the paper and the question which should be paid attention to in the next research process. It proposes the following work, and simultaneously forecasts the construction and development direction of Educational Technology's Web-Delivery for Elaborate Course.
