In April2003, the ministry of education on higher education elaborate courseconstruction work started, construction of "national-provincial-university"elaborate course work carried out in succession, elaborate course construction workaims to enhance the quality of higher education, and provide quality educationalresources for teachers and students. It publishes educational resources through thenetwork platform. Network elaborate course construction has become an importantpart of the elaborate course construction work. This research focused on "collegenetwork course construction" to explore, and based on a case analysis,this researchtry to analyze the example of " primary Chinese curriculum and teaching theory"network elaborate course construction. The thesis consists of four parts:Part one: Introduction. This section mainly explains the source of the topic, thebasis of the research, purpose and content of the study, and research methods,research significance, combing research at home and abroad, and summarizing thecurrent research trends and developments. Part two: To introduce and find theproblems on the current " primary Chinese curriculum and teaching theory" networkelaborate courses. Part three: To investigate and analyze the "primary Chinesecurriculum and teaching theory" network course construction. The normal collegestudents are the main object of the research. The research uses questionnaireinvestigation and interviews to get the data and relevant information of this research,and interview with teachers face to face. The questionnaire of college studentsmainly includes the following four areas: the overall situation about the Internet ande-learning of college students; the overall situation of awareness and using situationabout the elaborate course construction; the opinion of " primary Chinese curriculumand teaching theory " course; the needs and opinions of" primary Chinese curriculumand teaching theory " network course Construction.Part four: The countermeasuresand suggestions of " primary Chinese curriculum and teaching theory "networkelaborate course construction.Based on the investigation, we find the problems of the current "primaryChinese curriculum and teaching theory" network elaborate courses. It includesthree aspects, namely: Website content is very simple, and the course itself is a lackof related resources; the setting of the website is not good for learners to view anddownload the resources; site construction is not perfect, some modules fail to play itsdue role. By in-depth analysis of the survey results and interviews of normal college students, the survey draw main conclusions are: the students is a lack of interest inonline learning,"quantity" and" quality" of the network educational resources shouldbe improved, teacher-student interaction needs to be strengthened about onlinelearning,language integrated learning is the students’interest point in this course, thestudents need to pay more attention to the prominent primary school languageteacher, the awareness and using situation of elaborate course construction is notoptimistic and so on. Based on investigations, we put forward countermeasures andsuggestions for the " primary Chinese curriculum and teaching theory " networkelaborate course construction, mainly including that: stimulating students’ interestsof the E-learning, to achieve the sound development of network elaborate courses, tocreate a " learner " as the center of the online learning environment, increasingcountermeasures and suggestions to promote and improve the website awareness andthe utilization of network resources and so on.
