With the continuous development of China’s economy,the domestic demand from the capital turned to the desire for technology.Considering the situation of international cooperation projects Yunnan has done,the projects management teams have also experience the change from accepting foreign technology completely to localizing the cooperation program.Due to cultural background and values of different countries,the cooperation between employees,have brought by cultural differences in communication and cooperation and other issues,and then the cost of the project is increased.There are more and more enterprises of Yunnan take participation in international cooperation,and the management of a international project becomes significant and challenging.This paper takes project X as a case to analyze the cultural differences between World Bank Group and Yunnan Education office,and tries to find out the way to improve management efficiency of project X.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which puts forward the background and significance of this paper,and brief introduction of the research of cross-culture at home and abroad.The second part summarizes the concepts and theories of cross-cultural management.The third part analyzes the cultural conflicts and management issues of the cross cultural management team of project X.the fourth part puts forward countermeasures.The fifth part is the conclusion and proposes future research prospects.For a long period of time,the focus of international cooperation projects is to maxi mize the economic benefits of the project,and to solve the problems exposed in the proce ss of management,which are often ignored or compromised.This paper studies on the ma nagement from the perspective of managers impact analysis on managerial culture:first,t o face the cultural differences;secondly,to establish a common management culture in th e team;finally,according to the stage characteristics of the life cycle of the construction t eam,efficient management team,will reduce the negative influence of culture difference to the lowest.
