In Britain, most of children with special educational needs were installed in isolated classrooms and maintenance organization, which primarily were full-time boarding school and special educational school before the 1950's and 1960's. Moreover, these children, who were hardly segregated from normal people, lived in the disabled narrow circle. After 1960's,with the rising civil rights in Britain, more and more people in the society recognized that traditional isolated educational placement was not conducive to develop child with special educational needs' social adaptation. Therefore, a far-reaching new idea, namely inclusive education, was put forward in educational field, which allow child with special educational needs return to normal school as much as possible. Specific practices of inclusive education's idea are inclusive school. In Britain, inclusive school find expression not only in great quantity, but also in many types of child with special educational needs involved, available well-appedoint equipment. Therefore, the speedy building of English inclusive school make polish of other countries counterparts, which were convulsed by the spread development of English inclusive education.This paper comprehensively studied the development of inclusive school in Britain by those main methods :description,documents,case analysis, comparative study and so on. The main body of this paper was divided into six parts. The first part of the paper was introduction. It analyzed the cause of choosing the subject and prevnient studise.Futhermore,it defined some concepts, and introduced trains and ways of thought. The second part of the paper accounted for the background of English inclusive school's appearance from British social and cultural factors, the development of British special education, the idea of inclusive education coming into Britain. In the third part,it analyzed English inclusive school's development and changes,especially analysed the the status of English inclusive school from four aspects, namely inclusive school's quantity, the types of children with special educational needs ,teachers, curriculum and teaching,environment.The fourth part analyzed the five factors of affecting development of inclusive school in Britain. In the fifth part, it summed up models of English inclusive school's construction, mainly including selective inclusion and full inclusion. Based on the front analyses, the sixth part generalized English inclusive school's five characteristics and development tendency.
