As a unique group among teachers, beginning teachers, comparing with those experienced teachers, undoubtedly lack the experience of classroom teaching and management in practice. Therefore it is a necessary measure for beginning teachers to acquire induction training that they urgently need to help them to be competent teacher and begin their career as a teacher. The various studies of beginning teachers generally reveal that classroom management is one of most headache problems when they firstly entered into teaching position. There is an issue that we have to face to help them master classroom management as soon as possible. American scholars have studied and summed up certain experience and models on how to cultivate beginning teachers in mastering classroom management skills.The thesis selected some representative cases from them about the training of beginning teacher's classroom management skills as case study. These cases took psychology, management science, philosophy as their theoretical basis. According to the characteristics of beginning teachers, they combined with experienced teachers and related training agency to form many sets of effective development models. By using the training ways and strategies, on the one hand it provide beginning teacher the want of classroom management skills, on the other hand, it would promote the growth of beginning teacher. In the end, in view of the current situation of beginning teachers whose induction programs are short in china, we can acquire the reference for the research and practice for new teacher induction of our country.
