"Learning resource", as the core concept of learning depending on the resources, is the resource that can offer learning opportunities for people and is the main object the learner faced. As a representative concept that emphasizing learning, learning resource is a modern education idea which emphasizes support,help,promotion of learning. It takes learner as center, pays attention to the person's factor, respects the person's value and promotes the person's overall development. The adult learning resources, as the concrete embodiment of the adult learning content, is the foundation of learning activity, the medium that link the teacher and the learner, one of the carriers initiate knowledge to the adult and the foundation of adult learning. Its manifestation influences the adult's learning method directly. So the development of befitting and valid learning resources is very important. It can promote adult learners participate learning, satisfy diversification need of learning, guarantee the effect of adults' learning, and at the same time stir up the go-aheadism and interest of learning. Ultimately it can improve adult's ability and diathesis, upgrade the standard of people's production and life.Learning resources are different from other ordinary society resources and are not a realistic learning composition or the operation condition. It is only a kind of latent form. When adult learners affirm,develop,make use of and manage learning resources consciously, it has meaning of learning and then convert into a part of learning contents. Therefore, the problem of learning resources is the problem of the development of learning resources in the final analysis. There are abundant adult learning resources in minority community. Because of the low efficiency of developing and utilization of learning resources, the contradiction between the reality and the multiplicity of the need of resources that come from the expansion of each education and learning activities in community comes into being. Only base on explicitly define, holding its characteristics,type and content, in the direction of the adult's development demand and following the consecution of "should- possibility- reality", can we accurately endow these objective and original resources with value of learning and carry on a effectively and sufficiently development and utilization of adult learning resources in the minority community, in order to satisfy adult's learning need and facilitate the development of adults and community and the spreading and developing of minority excellent culture sequentially.This thesis tries to lead the concept of the learning resources development into the field of vision of the adult education research realm and concrete to the community of the minority region. On the research methods, such as the literature analysis and the interview ...etc, we find out the status and problems of the adult learning resources development in minority community , analyze the reasons and the influence factors which lead to these imperfection of development, induce the purpose,function, type and contents of the adult learning resources development in minority community, try to put forward the process, method and strategy of need- directed adult learning resources development in minority community.The whole thesis is divided into the following six parts:Part one: Introduction. It mainly introduce reason, research value,the definition of related concept,summarization of documents, thinking way and research.Part two: Introspect about the present condition and problem of the adult learning resources development in minority community. Mainly by the countryside inquisition,literature,questionnaire,interview...etc, we have basic cognition of condition of Lahu in Lancang and present condition about adult learning resources development in minority community. It provides the certain support of background and realistic for the development of the adult learning resources in community. Through the investigation, we find out that there are many shortages in the learning resources development in minority community: ambiguity of the idea, absence of the primary role, deficiency of quantity, singleness of content and type, lack of nationality, briefness and subjectivity of process and technique ...etc, and then analyze the reasons of problems that exist in the adult learning resources development in minority community. Part three: Purpose and function of the adult learning resources development in minority community. For the need of the learning society,the adult learners' characteristics,the need of life and production of adult in the minority region,adult education development in the minority region, I expatiate the purpose of the learning resources development in the minority region. The adult learning resources is the body and object of the adult learning in minority community and its basic and direct function consist in influencing the development and socialization of adult in minority community, pushing the continual development of minority community, spreading and developing minority excellent culture.Part four: Type,characteristic and contents of the adult learning resources development in minority community. For convenient for the actual operation in the development, the learning resources is divided into different categories in the thesis from different criterion and the classification. Integrate the demand of the transformation and development of the society and economic in the minority community and the adults' actual need of learning, the contents of the adult learning resources is divided into practical knowledge and technique,citizen life,the nationality culture and etc.Part five: Process and method of need-directed adult learning resources development in minority community. On the basic of praxis, I put forward the process and method of the need-directed adult learning resources development in minority community. This to-and-fro and deepen process includes evaluation of the learning need,the preparation of subject unit,pre-test,revision and finalization,application and evaluation, taking the problems existed in mutual and durative development between community and adult as focus.Part six: Strategy of the adult learning resources development in the minority community. I put forward respective mission and direction of endeavor from the view of the nation,social and community,teachers and adult themselves in order to promoting the development of adult learning resources in the minority community together.
