As the 18th century's first community schools set up in the West,life-long education of the opinion the people gradually,the community more and more rapid development of education,but also more and more attention.At 1994 in Shanghai Jinshan communities,our country has also set up the first community college.With the January 13,1999 the Ministry of Education's "Education for the 21st century revitalization action plan" put forward,it is life-long education system will be a written form.And the development of education in the community,the study can not be separated from community resources.Learning resources,which may include teaching learners to use and achieve the objectives of studying all the resources,learners are faced with a direct object.Not only in a more concrete generalized view,the study resources study refer are each kind carry the study information study material(to be inhuman kind of resources),but also includes the object which the learner may study,if the teacher,schoolmate as well as is skilled in the human who some discipline or grasps some skill(to be human resources),it may design specially according to the study goal, also may be other materials which is going to study.Moreover,the study resources essential attribute lies in its sociality,the study resources development and the use is must realize learner's socialization goal.Therefore,educates in the community in the development,the study resources function is extremely main.Community learning resources,learning resources are scheduled for a specific community,in addition to our tangible studying a variety of tangible resources,other intangible resources we need to study the development,thus they are be fully utilized.At the same time,regardless of what kind of resources in the study did not carry out specific development of the former are in the status of potential and therefore must be at a clear understanding of the ideological to the importance of learning resources,so that we can exert a positive subjective initiative to develop.In the specific development process,we also need government departments,various units of area,groups of help, except study in the resources performance history in the community some methods and the experience,mainly is through strengthens educates the development to the community the legislation,provides methods and so on leadership and management structure which the sufficient community educational expenditure and the establishment community studies by this strengthens to the community studies the resources the development,thus makes us to study An Yunlu the community is plays the model role.Part Three:The third part focused on the An Yunlu community resource development study some of the actual situation.An Yunlu on the basic situation described one of the educational institutions of learning resources,non-educational institutions of learning resources,learner's self-study resource development status and resources for learners to study the status of the development of awareness and requirements,through release form of the questionnaire survey and to find problems,then analyze them.Part Four:The fourth
