Made lifelong education, got attention from the international community,rather than formal education is an important way to realize the concept of lifelongeducation. Community Learning Center is a form of non-formal education, byUNESCO to promote, for the practice of the concept of lifelong learning, to achievethe EFA goals played a significant role. Rural Community Learning Center toeducate poverty as a starting point, primarily serving the adult men, women andchildren, minority groups, functionally illiterate, by carrying out the projectactivities to promote community development.In this study, La Union Community Learning Center as a case to the Unioncommunity survey for children5-6years of age, through literature research, fieldsurveys and interviews, demonstration affecting rural community learning centers forchildren. This paper consists of four parts:The first part,introduce research background and significance of the topicintroduced the paper, the existing literature review, research methods and ideasclearly.The second part of the thesis theoretical foundation and concept definition.The main features include an analysis of the theory of individual ecological theory ofhuman development, education, and specifically the issue of this study support thetheory, and the rural community learning centers, children related concepts.The third part, La Union community learning centers impact on children.Overview La Union including community learning centers to understand, and thenanalyzes their impact on children’s health, language, social, scientific and artisticdevelopment.The fourth part, conclusions and suggestions La Union community learningcenters for children affected. La Union has a role in promoting community learningcenters and positive impact on the development of children’s language, social,cognitive, self-care ability in four areas, but at the same time, the development of community learning centers La Union countries and the need for government supportas well as the construction of its own mechanisms improved in order to better servethe community members to develop a harmonious community.
