Minority community education is a kind of lively educational activity which means some specific national members achieving their all-round development and healthy development of communities by fully exploiting all kinds of educational resources in ethnic communities. Completing ethnic community education is something inherent in the process of sustainable development in minority areas. Minority community education of Yunnan province was selected as major research project, which aims to present the development status of minority community education in Yunnan province and explore a sustainable route of educational development. The author summarized the relevant theories of minority community communities first, analyzing and constructing system architecture of minority community education in Yunnan province based on the method of system analysis. After that, a Dai community named "Three Village", located in Hani-Yi Autonomous County of Jiangcheng, was used as a field case to do depth analysis in order to verify the authors’ previous theory construction. Using the case of this Dai community, something disharmony of minority community education in Yunnan province can be analyzed and its’ future development also can be fully thought. The study found that ethnic community education in Yunnan province is a complex dynamic system. It is still in a primary stage now. And discordant problems also exist in the process of development, such as being shorting of ethnic members enthusiasm, strong randomness, single content and less government involvement. For the sake of realizing the healthy development, the exploring of theory should be adhere to the system, using the "two services" as a fundamental goal, mobilizing the enthusiasm of "three subjects", exploring more scientific development mode. As to practice aspect,in order to deeply construct and consummate entity type development model of minority community education in Yunnan province, the village committee need to be used as institutions, relying on teacher foundation of the primary and secondary school teachers, using the traditional culture as a educational core, Increasing the learning motivation by the way of adding revenue and employing life teaching method.
