Cuttently, with the economic development of our country, the secondary vocational edueation in China is facing with an arduous task. The students of secondary vocation schools in Xinjiang talented person depends on hinterland development. Developed to once have hard professional technical ability, good occupation ability, essential science cultural character of the graduate student is etc. the secondary vocation educational development direction is in Xinjiang. Chinese teaching of secondary vocation school mainly has the following two aspect functions:One is further to raise a student cultural cultivated manners, perfect language knowledge structure and solid foundation, Two is pursue studies to living to learn very professional knowledge and become to erupt an exhibition occupation's ability to set up foundation terrace. The development of secondary vocation student's Chinese proficiency has to put in developing a student a comprehensive vocational ability mis target, With orientation ability and occupation development potential which urges a student to strengthen to the future society.This text begins from the target of student Chinese ability in Xinjiang development, elaborating a medium job student language proficiency development of importance, did inquisition to item ability and whole ability of secondary vocation student's Chinese in Xinjiang, made to the vocatioal student's Chinese ability in Xinjiang objective such as solid evaluation, found out Xinjiang to living the margin of Chinese ability and occupation demand in the job .Investigate secondary vocation Chinese teaching from the school, teacher, student, teaching material everywhere the noodles improvement, position in the teaching especially, double teacher type the teacher develop, evaluate a mechanism, teaching method and train a student not an intelligence factor and stir up a student to study interest, perfect teaching material etc. aspect and put forward improving a method.
