The Research On The Construction Of On-campus Practical Training Environment With The Aiming To Improve Vocation Ability

The government has promulgated a series of policy and measures in order to promote employment of graduates during recent years,although data shows that the employment rate of higher vocational college graduates has been keeping going low.Experts point out vocational ability incompetency is the main factor.In order to get employed,the graduates from business vocational college should have more invisible practical intellectual skills.The formation of a systematic training environment with the coordination of several factors,which meant to make students experience emulational career life,can effectively promote the integration of professional knowledge and skills of students,establish occupation consciousness,nurture occupation habits,practise work skills,and improve occupation ability.Currently,the construction of practical training environment in domestic business vocational college is still not perfect.Taking a Fujian Business Vocational College as an example,this paper focus on the construction of domestic practical training environment with the aim of improving vocational ability through questionnaire survey and field interview,summarizes the successful experience in constructing training environment,points out exsiting deficiencies and puts forward strategies.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the practical training environment in college is the most important factor of improving professional ability of the vocational college students.Based on case study and foreign advanced experience,this paper proposes the following perspective:strengthening the construction of soft environment in practical training through system construction,teaching reform,evaluation mechanism,atmosphere creation,enhancing the practical ability of teaching faculty,practicing the real working procedures in class,and emphasizing the dominant position of"college-enterprises cooperation",to provide reference for the construction of practical training environment in business vocational college.
