With the development of society nowadays, no matter the individualsubsition or the development of business, even promoting prosperouscountry,all have a close relation with team spirit; what’s more, theteam-cooperation ability will become a necessary condition for individual’ssuccess. Our students are the basic builder of our country’s future building.As vocational school students,they must be qualified for ability of teamcooperation in order to adapt to the need of society. But according toquestionnaire and analysizing dates, we found that there are a greatdifferences for our vocational school students among the understanding of theteam co-operation ability,the self current situation and the need of society.So how to effectively train the team co-operation ability of our vocationalschool students will be a main issue of our vocational school students,alsowill be a core of education.Physical education, mainly for collective itemsand completion of team co-operative, has a nonsubstituous effect on trainingstudents‘team cooperation ability.So,the author analysizes the differentreasons for lack of team co-operation ability of our vocational school studentsby studying literature,questioning and contrasting, as well as analysizingtheories and studying the current situation of the vocational school studentsteam co-operation ability, as family reasons, education reasons andpsychological reasons; the author also makes a countermeasures for trainingstudents’ team co-operation abilities,at the same time, the author fullyanalysizes physical education teaching materials, makes some trainingmethods and presents some questions about training students’ awareness ofteam co-operation ability, grasping cooperation ability and taking part inteam cooperation. In order to let our vocational school students adapt to thework in business and the need of life as early as possible, shorten the difference of study at the school and taking up occupation in the business, theauthor puts the training of students’ team cooperation ability into teachingpractice and finds that students awareness of team co-operation andcommunicative ability have increased; responsibility has enhanced; teachingeffect has improved;competing awareness and team co-operation haveenhanced.
