The new curriculum reform was affected by the economic globalization, the political democratization and the cultural pluralism. It presents the power decentralization in our country. And it has established the system of third-class curriculum management which is the national curriculum, the local-based curriculum and the school-based curriculum. And also it advocated the curriculum principle of democracy, opening and science. Then, the important content of curriculum reform is the curriculum evaluation which is understood afresh. It will present the evaluation scene of many agents who can negotiate and dialogize about curriculum now. This circumstance offers a chance to teachers who know the circumstance of curriculum mostly. We can liberate teachers who were passive station of curriculum evaluation. And they will become the important subjects.Firstly, this thesis attempted to make clear the meaning of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation. The proper curriculum evaluation puts emphasis on evaluating curriculum design, curriculum implementation and curriculum effects. That is to evaluate the whole process of curriculum development. The criticism and reflection is the basis of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation. Teachers analyze the curriculum positively, and they publish their opinion about curriculum, then they have a dialogue on curriculum problems with other participator. Teachers comprehend the curriculum afresh through the dialogue. Then they can internalize evaluation and advance themselves. The thesis analyzed the necessity and possibly of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation. Then, the thesis analyzed the philosophy basis of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation from the view of Hermeneutic and Interaction practice theory, and analyzes the pedagogic basis from the view of postmodern curriculum and subject curriculum.There are many problems of teachers'participation in the practice of our country's curriculum evaluation. The research investigated actuality of it by using questionnaire, interview, etc. It found out realistic problems and analyzed teachers'own reasons and external reasons. Then, according to the guidance idea of"criticism and reflection"and"consultation and dialogue", the author has conceptions of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation. At first, four principles were put forward exploring. They are the principle of internalization, the principle of synchronization, the principle of gradualness and the principle of simplification. Then the tasks of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation were analyzed. The tasks are evaluating understandingly curriculum criterion, evaluating dialogically teaching material, evaluating developmental curriculum implementation and evaluating reflectively the result of curriculum implementation. The author put forward the practice process of teachers'participation in curriculum evaluation. The first is silent evaluation. The second is vocal evaluation. The third is dialogue evaluation. The fourth is internalizing evaluation. Then, four items of insurance were also put forward. They are power, ability, resources and mechanism insurance. The author hopes that the thesis provides multi-viewpoint and multi-practice, and helps teachers become the subjects of curriculum evaluation. Further advanced ,the curriculum evaluation will guide the curriculum developing.
