The new meaning of teacher's participation in curriculum (TPC) that it is whole-course, initiative, critical and cooperative present challenges to school management. School management should be regarded as an important part of new curriculum, and so ,we should conscientiously consider such questions : what kinds of school and teachers can accomplish new curriculum? What opportunity can new curriculum provide to the development of school and teachers? We should research the actors and ensure the condition of TPC. Pursuing the common development of teachers, curriculum and school is important value of curriculum change.The change of role in curriculum put forward many new requests to teacher; meanwhile teacher's status will be promoted. The uncertainty in new curriculum embodies the dual character of things. What decides the trend of curriculum change is teacher's basic concept to outer change, which decided by the stimulation to teacher's dynamic role and condition guaranteed by school. One side, understanding mechanism need to be constructed to promote dialogues in every way and cooperation between curriculum main-bodies; the other side, school managers need create conditions of resource, space and way to ensure TPC.The difficulty is obvious that the new curriculum need to transform both of teacher's educational concept and teaching method conducted everyday. Because of the difference of outer surrounding, inner structure and number resource, the progress of TPC is different. Curriculum leadership should provide ideal of change or challenge problem to teacher, more than giving lots of scolding or concrete instruction. School managers should think of teacher's manner positively and turn obstruction to promotion, so can curriculum change avoids being defeated. They should be adapt in pushing curriculum change forward, promote the level of concern of TPC, conduct the flexible management to teacher's working time, organize reasonable change to make teachers go deep gradually.New concepts of curriculum change require school management corresponding change. The improvement of school should bring a better space to students and teachers. School and its staff is not the victim of change, but to control the progress of change better. They regard outer change as opportunity to develop. They can control and review concrete matters of change. The principals who have foresight often attach importance to the reconstruction of school culture. In curriculum change, school managers need to overcome the pure technical concept. They should construct institution as a kind of culture to make school become educational mechanism and learning organization. School manager can work followed the five suggestions offered at the end of the thesis.
