The farmers'vocational education is the sacred enterprise that the Party and the government attach great importance to, the social from all walks of life widely pay attention to, and the general farmers'urgent need and the educator for farmers make tireless efforts to. The new background of the times and the new social practice call for a new theory of farmers'vocational education. Explicit proposition and solution to the several theoretical questions of the farmer vocational education, which provides a new angle of view for us to farmer vocational education's further study. Without doubt, this has the great guiding significant to the existing theory and the practice of the farmer vocational education. Based on the theory poverty of farmers'vocational education, I study the several theoretical questions of farmers'vocational education: i.e. the basic questions of farmers'vocational education; the essential attribute of farmers'vocational education; the status and role of farmers'vocational education and the new idea of farmers'vocational education in 21century.This paper contains six chapters:Chapter1: Introduction. This part mainly expounds on the study purpose and significance of this thesis, summarizes the research situation of farmers'vocational education at home and abroad, explains where the innovation in this paper is, expresses the research methods and research ideas, and in the same time, point out those existing problems of the study.Chapter2: Farmer vocational education's basic questions. This chapter discusses the basic and the non-basic questions of farmers'vocational education, the specific definition of the basic problems of farmer's vocational education; the ideas and methods of how to define the basic problems of farmer's vocational education.Chapter 3: The concept system of the farmers'vocational education. In this chapter, based the clear meaning and characteristics of basic concept, putting forward that the basic concepts of farmers'vocational education are as follows: farmer,occupation,farmers'vocational education. Embarking from the stipulations of definition and concept in the logics, determine the category-concept and inter-species difference of farmers'vocational education, namely: the category-concept of farmers'vocational education is the education, the species difference is the educational activities that helping all the farmers who are concerned by identity acquire the useful knowledge, practical professional skills and the quality of professional ethics as the main purpose.Chapter 4: The essential attribute of farmers'vocational education.
