Modern school education substituting religion education is the outcome of Industrial revolution. Economy of knowledge results in Life-long education. In this process education hasn't developed concurrently with Industrial revolution and economy of knowledge. The development process of modern school education and life-long education is the development process of educational ideas in essence.Therefore the economic development of A'Ba Tibetan & Qiang Autonomous Profecture necessarily results in the change of educational ideas which necessarily results in the development of education. Thereinto educational ideas of Tibetan in particular influence educational objectives and policies in A'Ba. It is important for realization of the objectives that A'Ba is going to be built into the first Profecture of Tibetan.With qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, observational method, interview, literature survey, and questionnaire method, this study investigates the economic development, the present educational status, and educational ideas held by local farmers and herdsmen and their children in A'Ba Tibetan & Qiang Autonomous Profecture. The author analyzed, from the perspective of macro-education and from the points of basic education and vocational training for adult farmers and herdsmen, why economic development influences their educational ideas, taking the modernization degrees as backgrounds.
