| Under the new curriculum background, it is particularly important to enhance teachers'professional level. If don't have the promotion of the school teacher's quality, it is inconceivable to the prospects of the new curriculum, therefore, teachers professional development receives more widespread attention in educational world. In the teachers professional development's process of exploring unceasingly and realizing ,it gradually becomes core problem to the active development and intrinsic quality enhancing of individual teacher. At present, it has been common view that teachers take the road of scientific research, which is an important way to improve teacher's professional level, while it provides a new perspective to primary and secondary school teachers for the scientific research because of education narrative research's characteristics of narrative, practicality and reflection. Education narrative research is a kind of effective way that will suit the teacher to participation, favor the teacher to reconsider, form the teachers cooperative culture and promote the teacher communal development of the teacher community, I try to look into feasibility that education narrative research achieves teachers'professional development.This article mainly has been based on the analysis of the research results through literature way. The first part, we have carried on the explanation about the rise, development, and theoretical basis and the concept and so on of the education narrative research. The second part, under the current background of teacher specialization transition to teacher's professional development, the active and intrinsic development of the teacher individual is the current trend. The author attempts to take"the teacher become the researcher"as intermediate link, establishes the connection between education narrative research and education narrative research and further elaborates education narrative research that is the turning point to train teacher's scientific research and the effective way to promote teachers professional development. The third part, the stress introduces how to use this method in educational practice and the supporting condition which needs in this process by mastering this way to realize their professional development. The last part, we will reflect education narrative research itself and propose this research insufficiency and the next research forecast. |
