Qualities Of Political Teachers In The New Century

In the 21 centuries, the economic competition from world scope and comprehensive national strength competition with the information revolution and the development of the network are very vigorous. However it's based on the talented person's competition, especially an educational competition, the competition of teacher's character.This paper mainly studies about the character problems of political lesson teacher in the high school, elaborates systematically the abilities of political lesson teacher in the high school .It includes the character of the thought,politics and morals character, comprehensive knowledge character, teaching ability, ability of expressing , the ability of lifelong studying,research ability and ability of communication , healthy mind and body character and outside character etc.The quality of educating teaching depends on teacher's character, the basic goal in the school is to make comprehensive development completely of constructor and successor of the socialism business, so we must construct a teacher team which is virtuous ,professional and excellent and who have strong body and healthy mental . This is the demand of the social development in the new century.
