Famous Education Practice theorists Johann Amos Comenius said:"The beginning of all the knowledge is sensory perception". Not only visual learning is suitable for the rule of students' studying with from emotional awareness to rational knowledge, but also it is accorded with geographical feature which are big knowledge dimension , broad range , the time span grows and hard to exchanging . Turning culture into picture, melt to move, abstract into concert quietly, has reduced teaching degree of difficulty greatly. It increased the interest of teaching, accepts extensive geographical feature teacher favor .It is put into use broadly in teaching. But because of the short of systematic theory, there are lots of missed areas in the process of visual teaching, which having affected teaching, has led to teaching efficiency lowly. How to help a teacher to shake off the puzzle doom is a problem which every pedagogue should solve.The main body of a book Part I applies a document to read law , sum up research content and research result, and sum up a summary to geographical visual teaching definition , classification , teaching principle as well as several kinds penetrating means in common use characteristic has been in progress. With the questionnaire, Part II shows the middle school teachers' using of visual teaching when facing different types Geographical feature knowledge, and it also analyzes the outstanding problem when teachers use the visual teaching. One question is abusing of the multi-media, the other is there are not unified theory guides to select appropriate visual teaching for different type geographical feature. Specifically according to the problem of visual teaching in process Part III put forward the methods of select visual teaching, in allusion to different Geographical knowledge ,contacts and different characters of visual teaching. The aim of the article is tell middle school teachers how rationally to select and use penetrating religion means, provide the theory reference, when they facing the teaching being unlike type geographical feature knowledge. There will be higher application value.
