How the teachers of middle school use the modern educational technology has become the most important factor of influencing the development of educational technology. And it is also directly influencing the complete reform and the development educational modernization in our country. So, it becomes very urgent and important to train improve the middle school teachers' ability of using modern educational technology and impel them to use it actively under the modern teaching environment.By using method of questionnaire and face-to-face interview, this text probes teachers who are from the middle schools in 11 counties in the Harbin city into investigation, statistics and analysis on the hardware and software terms of technologies, consciousness, the situation of theory knowledge owing, the actual application and effects, influence factors and the content badly needed to train. The present situation of using the modern education technology in the teaching and the problem are grasped. Based on the above we propose some countermeasures. These countermeasures can provides the theory basis and the experience for the teachers instruction reasonable use teaching media, stimulates the student intellectual curiosity, the breakthrough difficulty key in the classroom instruction process, enhances the student to the knowledge consolidated degree, improves the discipline quality of teaching.
