As the important part of esteem, physical self-esteem is closely related to the social evaluation, that is the individual on the different aspects of the sense of physical self-satisfied or dissatisfied. It is a specific domain of the esteem. The level of physical self-esteem has great impact on the mental health of the students. So it is particularly important to research how to improve their physical self-esteem in the P.E. teaching. The method of evaluation in P.E. teaching has changed, and it makes the contents of the evaluation more diversified and the information more plentiful. Then the hypothesis of this research is: It could improve the students'physical self-esteem level if we enrich the evaluation information feedback to students, including the teacher's success evaluation, self-evaluation and mutual-evaluation.This research adopts the method of literature search, experimentation and mathematics statistics. I use the physical self-esteem scale in the experiment as a scale tool, which is made by Yanping Duan in 2000. And the students are stimulated by three factors in the experiment, that are the teacher's success evaluation, self-evaluation questionnaire and mutual-evaluation Questionnaire. Then we draw a conclusion:1. The experimental results show that the experimental group of students in the experimental motor skills, physical activity, fitness, self-esteem and overall physical dimensions of the value has increased, these dimensions in the difference before and after the experiment was significant, motor skill, flexibility, endurance , coordination and the overall level of self-esteem larger, the difference is very significant.2. Experimental control group of students before and after physical dimensions of the self-esteem levels little changed, the difference is not significant; experimental movement in the experimental group after skills, physical activity, fitness, self-esteem and overall physical dimensions of the value of the control group, and the difference was significant.3. Experimental group students physical self-esteem is the improvement in the overall experimental interventions and the role of its main dimensions to changes in physical self-esteem among the various dimensions are interrelated and mutually reinforcing.4. Teacher evaluation can increase the success of the successful experience of the students, and help the students form the correct attribution, so that students have a sense of competence, on a more positive their cognitive and evaluation; interim self-assessment questionnaire as a catalyst so that students can improve physical concern, motivation mechanism for the mobilization of, and in accordance with the actual situation of self-adjustment ideal target, a self-approved of emotions; semester of self-assessment and mutual assessment questionnaire provides students with a more extensive social comparison information, and promote the formation of self-esteem and physical development.5. The experimental group as a whole but also increased the level of self-esteem. Self-esteem is a whole body of the sub-areas of self-esteem, physical changes in the level of self-esteem can contribute to overall changes in the level of self-esteem.6. The improvement of students'physical self-esteem could make the students'participate in sports more continual.This paper aimed to draw a conclusion through the accumulation of theory and practice tests, and try to enhance the students'self-esteem by Physical Education and raise the level of student mental health, and gain the ends to achieve the objective of Physical Education better.
