Body Self-esteem is an important part of self-esteem, and is a closely related to social assessment, it includes two levels: the main areas of General physical self-worth and the Sub-sectors of physical satisfaction. self-esteem is not only healthy for the body, but also concerning about many of sports-related health behavior; Core self-evaluation is a sort of Overall self-evaluation, which Affecting specific areas of self-evaluation,it is an inherent evaluation for their own people.The study is combination with Physical Education and Sport Psychology,the starting point of research in Physical Training and Mental Health of undergraduates. Through questionnaires, Interviews and other methods from sports, psychology, statistics, and other aspects research of undergraduates Mental Health Problems. The purpose of this study is to understand undergraduates ’s body esteem and core self-evaluation by studying their participation in physical activities, it can also provide a theoretical foundation for release pressure and students ’chosen method. This study used random sampling, randomly 360 students as the research object, selected from Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College, Shaanxi University of Arts and Sciences and Xi’an Technological University, including three grades. Obtained 307 valid questionnaires. We made the t-test to the interrelated statistical data by using the statistical software of excel and SPSS 17.0.The findings of this study is:1. There was a normal distribution of the five dimensions of physical self-esteem of undergraduates, the self-esteem and confidence of undergraduates is in the middle level. It has significant correlation between each dimension2.there is a difference exercise time of the physical self-esteem of undergraduates, With the increase of exercise time, The overall physical self-esteem level is improving, The exercise time becoming longer,and students body’s self-esteem points become higher.3.Differences between undergraduates’ physical exercise、exercise frequency 、exercise intensity and physical self- esteem: There are significant differences in students physical condition,physical attraction and physical self-esteem.There were significant differences in different exercise intensity except to Subjective physical quality。4.Students have a high level of core self-evaluation, it subject to normal distribution.5.Core self-evaluation and a sense of physical self-worth, subjective exercise capacity, subjective health, subjective body condition, body esteem scores have connections, and there is a linear relationship between the core self-evaluations and the various dimensions of body esteem.6.In this study, We can draw some conclusions : Students can improve the level of physical self- esteem through exercise; Body- esteem can improve the level of core self-evaluation; Therefore, undergraduates need to actively participate in physical exercise; meanwhile exercise time, frequency and intensity should try to keep in a moderate level, students have to persevere.
