It is a hot issue to promote the development of teachers'professionalization and improve the quality of teachers'professionalization in the modern educational field. Countries around the world shift the focus of educational reform to the construction of the contingent of teachers. And teacher professionalism is an important way to improve the quality of teachers and ameliorate the quality of education.It should be understood from two perspectives on the connotation of teacher professionalization, that is, dynamic and static. The quality of teachers and the objective environment are two aspects for teacher professionalization. The development of teacher professionalization can be divided into five phases:the preparation phase, the survival phase, the consolidation phase and the update stage and the mature stage. The developmental content and importance are different in each stage. The paradigm of teacher professionalization is diverse , including "capable practitioner" and "research practitioner" and "reflective practitioner". These paradigms are mutual connections, which consists of a multi-level system of the development of teacher professionalization.This paper explains the theory of teacher professionalism and makes an analysis of the present situation and problems of teacher professionalism in J Middle School through the literature review of the theory of teacher professionalism and the teacher professionalism questionnaire, consulting relevant information, analyzing statistic data. And it makes some solutions and suggestions for promoting the development of teacher professionalism in middle schools at present.
