At present,the rural school-based training is an important way to the professional development of teachers in rural areas, and constantly deepening the process of professionalization of teachers in rural areas of Chinese school-based training to the specific demand. At present, Chinese school-based training seems ascendant, but it falls short of its effectiveness.The issues studying about these problems and look for what the reasons are? And how to move forward to enhancing the effectiveness of school-based training in rural areas and the qualities of teachers in rural.In the end, this study give requirements clearly for teachers in the school-based training by professionalization of teachers .On the basis of that,combining with the experience working in rural school and taking surveys, interviews and literature research, I make out a comprehensive analysis the situations and reasons on rural school-based training in Hunan Xinshao County, And put forward some specific reform measures, which can enrich and deepen the education of teachers in rural schools,which make a great theoretical significance.At the same time It can improve the effectiveness of school-based training of rural schools which has a strong practical significance.Through researching, the study considers that the professionalization of teachers put forward specific requirements, including to focus on the main teachers, and improve the rational level abilities of teachers, the development of specified targets for teachers, promote the sustained of teachers, lifelong development, stress and the mode of training, such as diversification.Under these requirements.And think school-based training in rural areas there is not a clear objective, teachers participated in the school-based training and lack of initiative, lack of targeted content, training methods are unscientific, rational management, evaluation is imperfect, and education resources are not fully integrated the main issues. In order to improve the effectiveness of school-based training and the professionalism of teachers in rural schools. So the school-based training should be updated on the main concept,and give full play to the leading role of school leadership and inspire the motives on teachers to attend training, a clear training goals, selecting reasonable training models, and improve the evaluation system of school-based training, creating collaborative training system and establishing a mechanism for the protection of school-based training.
