A new turn of elementary education curriculum reform is carrying on thoroughly in our country. The reform involves the curriculum goal, the structure, the content, the appraisal and so on each aspect. The elementary education domain occurs the profound transformation, inevitably sets the new request to the teacher. This study tries hard comprehensively to understand the reform spiritual under the premise, thoroughly discusses teacher's multiple roles. Its connotation and its the specific request which proposed to the teacher quality, and puts forward the proposal take this as the basis on the current middle school teacher continuing education curriculum content.This study mainly adopts literature method, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(Referred to as "AHP" )and combined with a questionnaire survey. Found through research achievements, in recent years for the establishment of training courses for secondary school teachers a reasonable system of theoretical study and practical exploration lot. But they are more community-level research or policy perspective, and the changing role of teachers fresh from the study itself, the research in this area is still relatively weak. The study into the training courses for secondary school teachers from this point. The first literature analysis, the new Middle School teachers bear the seven major roles. Analysis of the 29 quality will be divided into three categories: professional knowledge, professional competence and professional affection. Though it is all the quality of teachers in the new curriculum needs, but will also have an important distinction. By AHP and the "continuing education training courses for secondary school teachers questionnaire" combination Analysis of the Quality of teachers and the urgent need to reform the current acute shortage of quality teachers. On this basis, to explore the current shortage of teachers with the training courses which some of the contents of the missing, I made suggestions for improvement. The article training courses for secondary school teachers to explore the development trend.In this study the present training courses for secondary school teachers put forward a four-point proposal: The curriculum and teaching practice should be closely linked teachers. Course content should be set up with a broader vision .Upgrading the curriculum in the teaching profession affective, there is considerable room to be unearthed. Comprehensive courses should continue to strengthen. Training courses for teachers in the future development trend following Outlook :Curriculum to improve the overall quality of teachers focused, targeted prominent in it own right. Balance between the need for education and personal development needs of teachers and future teacher is the basic concept of the design of continuing education courses. Supply teachers will need to build a pluralistic system for the development of training courses. Case Teaching will become the most effective form of the presentation of training courses.The study will enrich teacher's training curriculum study .The research results particularly from the perspective of changing role of teachers in China to construct a new round of the basic education curriculum reform secondary education division of continuing education courses, which have a certain value of the innovation. Moreover, this study on the current contents of the teacher education programs and the prospects of development trends, enhance continuing education courses for secondary school teachers with the new curriculum adaptability there is a positive inspiration.
