In order to meet and adapt to the new curriculum reform, teacher training has been referred to a new level, a variety of training after another, in full swing. Reflect the current teacher training, mainly for the way:training materials for the new curriculum reform, new curriculum demonstration lessons, teaching the new curriculum outstanding classroom observation, excellent teachers lecture, university teachers lecture educational theory and so on. But dig deeper perspective to the actual effect of such teacher training, but often unsatisfactory. Therefore, in the new curriculum reform to strengthen the significance of primary and secondary teacher training timeliness significant.The questionnaire adopted in bearer form, the survey is mainly in Yunnan school teachers, the questionnaire time is from January2013to March2013, a questionnaire is intended primarily for the winter in Kunming, Kunming, Yunnan Normal University to attend college and job training and education to improve primary and secondary school teachers questionnaires were distributed and340were returned320response rate was94.1%, of which300valid questionnaires, accounting for93.8%of the questionnaires. In this paper, the attitude of Yunnan primary and secondary teacher training, type, content, methods, participation, effectiveness, evaluation, organization of training institutions were investigated and analyzed in order to research the status of Yunnan Teachers training in the new curriculum reform.The findings indicate that primary and secondary teacher training Yunnan achieved in practice some success, but there are some problems:funding inadequate investment in primary and secondary teacher training, primary and secondary teacher training content is unreasonable, a single primary and secondary school teachers in training mode, teachers are not enthusiastic about the training of high school teachers is not enough time for training, evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect primary and secondary teacher training, school teachers training institutions underdeveloped.According to teacher development in the presence of the new curriculum reform issues, this paper carried out the reasons for the existence of a problem cause analysis, mainly as follows:lack of funding and lack of teacher training appropriate safeguards, teacher training ignores the actual needs of teachers, lack of appropriate supervision of teacher training, teacher training is not enough emphasis on teachers, teacher training schedule is unreasonable, teacher training evaluation mechanism is not perfect, imperfect teacher training mechanism.
