The special character of running a school is educational style and features with specialty, high quality and stability formed in the practice of a long-term educational and teaching work. It is a school's running-school spirit. The ultimate aim of founding a school is how to raise the quality and quantity of the cultivated human beings. The essential problem in the characteristic school covers the school development. The establishment of the characteristic school intends to break a must-examination running-school pattern in the education of our country and suits the needs of carrying forward the development strategy of quality education. Every school should be run to have a general character like the same school and a different one from others. Through the running-school practice of Heihe Senior High School we can realize the aim of running school based on Harmonious Development and All-quality Advancement to take the road of carrying out five self-educations, and promote the growth of the students'morals, set up the cross-managerial system, set the example of following the teaching routine behavior, hold the reading-class for young teachers, lay the foundation for the teachers'training and researching in our school, create Russian teaching model and exert the advantages of community activities in the form of cultural exchange. In addition, according to the geographical feature the school should give full play to the characteristic Russian, creatively do all to help the students develop advantageously, make use of culture to nourish the characteristic and in turn the characteristic to enrich the cultural connotation; implement the strategy of teaching research as a leading role and make the characteristic Russian a big famous brand.
