Technology has been developed enormously since 21 century, and it becomes primary element of enhancing integrated strength of countries, therefore, competition between international countries focuses on the technology and person with ability. However, the essence of person competition is the competition of education, so the development and innovation of education becomes one important stratagem among countries answering for vehement international competition day by day. Basal education is very important in the course of people'growing up, and is also the footstone of cultivating person with ability, but behindhand education system of our country restricts growth of people, consequently the contradiction between behindhand education system and society stature development must be settled imminently, hence new round innovation for basal education in our country will start up roundly century crossing. Teachers are the most firsthand actors in the course of class realization, whether the new class innovation will success is effected by many pivotal elements, such as the diathesis,attitude,adaptation and improvement of teachers, thus it is much important to attention the adaptation of teachers in the background of new class innovation. This class innovation is not the adjustment and additions and deletions of course content easily, but is a system project putting up profound innovation in education concept,course configuration,course content,course opinion and course management. This innovation brings hard-won opportunity and challenge for teachers; therefore, it is much important of discovering the problem of teachers and solving the problem in the course of innovation.Jilin province has come into course innovation roundly by far, and the key of accelerating course innovation successfully is discovering problem and analyzing problem in time in the beginning of innovation, so this paper bases on many literature reading and considering correlative adaptation theory of teachers. The high schools in changchun city are selected samples, receive questionnaires, and the teachers is interviewed, the classes listened are random. The research content contains the attitude of teachers about innovation, the actions and problem in the innovation. Based on the analyzing the results, the extrusive problems of teachers are summarized in new course innovation. The reasons of problems are analyzed from inside and outside points of view, and the strategy of adaptive ability of teachers is put forward. Using new course idea instructs education practice, opens up course resource, enhances teachers'collaboration, consummates education appraisal sequentially, develops consideration by myself actively, and shoots for the patriarchal and social aegis. It is hoped that this paper can accelerate the teachers to adapt course innovation quickly and meantime contribute for enriching teachers'adaptation theory.
