With the development of technology and increased competition, innovation plays increasingly prominent even decisive role on the competitiveness of a country. College students as the backbone of innovation and reinforcements of building innovative country carry the historical mission of national and social development. How to evaluate and assess whether a college student is creative talent has long-term troubled the whole education sector. Because of this, based on the theoretical basis and fundamental principles of the innovative capability evaluation of college students, this thesis aims at the construction research on the innovative capability index system of college students, and strives to establish a scientific and rational innovative capability evaluation system of college students adapting the innovative talents cultivation. With a view to providing reference to further advancing college education innovation and enhancing the innovative capability, thereby promoting the innovative education development and innovative talents emerged.Based on the complexity of students innovation and theoretical results of research on training the innovative talents, in combination with the innovative characteristics and patterns of current college students, this paper used system thinking and research methods combined with the use of causal analysis; improved AHP and multi-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with qualitative and quantitative analysis combined experts score and accurate calculation complemented, also carefully analyzed the present problem of college student evaluation system, designed a set of index system of innovative capability, established a decomposing multi-level evaluation model of innovative capability of college students. From different angles to conduct multidimensional analysis and comprehensive evaluation with example test carried out. Thus, a more systematic, comprehensive and workable solution are provided for comprehensive evaluation of the innovative capability of college students.The full thesis is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one: Introduction. Propose the purpose and the significance of research; the summary of research at home and abroad; as well as the content and methods of research. Chapter two: Related theory of innovative capability evaluation of college students. Study and propose the content and features of innovative capability of college students. As well as the status and influencing factors of innovative capability and theoretical basis and used methods for evaluation. For the following chapters of research laid the theoretical foundation. Chapter three: Present situation and problems analysis of innovative capability evaluation. Chapter four: Construction of index system for evaluation based on the first chapters. Analyze and explain the structure of framework and the elements as well as the decision of index weight. Chapter five: Evaluation model and methods design of the innovative capability of college students. Chapter six: Strategy research on developing the innovative capability. Then put forward some views and corresponding recommendations for improvement for the existing problems of training the innovative capability. Chapter seven: Conclusions and outlook. Concluded the research results of this paper, then put forward own ideas and proposals for the next phase of research.
