Great Wall College of China University of Geosciences was founded under the cooperation of China University of Geosciences and He yang Education Investment Corporation in2005. It is an in-depend college under new system following new model which enrolls students national widely. After7years, there are more than14,000students studying in this college. Since its foundation, the Great Wall College has been trying to explore and reform the mode of talent cultivation. From the class of2005students began, has been used in the evaluation of comprehensive quality of students’ innovative capability-building effect evaluation is "Innovation ability evaluation identification of students’school year", including learning ability, sense of innovation, innovative practice as well as additional points. This paper established in the Great Wall college, puts forward to need revision of students’ innovative capability-building effect evaluation, through the analysis and research on present evaluation system of students’ innovative capability-building effect evaluation, use the analytic hierarchy process and gray relational analysis to improve the current innovation capability evaluation system. This system is an important link of quality education, which can conduct an effective full-scale evaluation on the innovative capability of students. Encourage students to improve their innovative capability.This paper investigate and study the innovative capability-building effect evaluation of students of Great Wall College of China University of Geosciences, aiming at improving the innovative capability-building effect of the students. In the meantime, this study takes in the newest national and international achievements as well as instructive experience of other universities, insisting on the combination of theory research and practical reformation, and offers research findings that worths popularizing to the innovative capability-building effect education in Great Wall College.
