A Study On Fund Raising Problems Of Private Higher Education Institution

Since the late-1990s,when the higher education enrollment is bigger than its opportunity supply,our country has implemented policy of higher education which magnify the scale of recruitment,and brought bright development opportunity for China' private higher education .The private higher education institution has held the responsibility of the higher education increasing enrollment and polularity,and become an important part of China's higher education system ,which is mainly expressed in the fast increase in the scale of the private higher education institution and the number of its student.But the private higher education also encounters many difficulties in its developing process.For example,because the fund its development needs mainly comes from non-government fund ,it is difficult to insure the institution fund. Some private higher education institutions even already went bankcrupcy. Moreover,according to the related investigation ,the root of bankcrupcy of these private higher education institution nearly all lies in the broken of "the fund chain link"which caused by the lack of school fund.Even many extant private higher education institutions are also facing the serious fund shortage question in their deceloping process.This problem has become the biggest barrier and the restriction "bottleneck"of the development of private higher education .That is,if we want to keep a sustained development of the private higher education institution,the key problem is to solve"the fund bottleneck"question.Then,how to solve the problem has become the most urgent duty suspended in front of the private higher education institution.This is also the starting point and reternting point of the private higher education institution fund raising question which this article studies.At present ,China's private higher education institution is at an absolute weak position in the higher education field.How can it survive and realize its sustainable development when it face the competition from government university?How can it reslize its development when it lacks the government finance fund?How can it realize its its development when facing the low public acceptance?The answer to these question lies in how to raise fund.
